At MELO Labs, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
